Throughout the year, we organise and participate in a wide range of events to help raise funds and bone cancer awareness for Henry Dancer Days. Over the next few months, we have some very exciting social and fundraising events activities for you to get involved in.
Join us at Lanchester Social Club where Steve Daggett (Lindisfarne) will be entertaining an intimate crowd with a mixture of Lindisfarne classics, his own solo songs and a few ‘old favourite’ covers thrown in for good measure.

If you like wine, this event is definitely for you. Located in Maiden Law, The Pip Stop is an excellent location for an evening of fine beverages and some good hearted fun.

Dec 3rd – Poetry Competition and Recital (Recorded by Hive Radio).
For an event to get the creative juices flowing, this poetry competition and recital is perfect. Not only this, but the event is being recorded by Hive Radio! This event will be hosted at the iconic Morpeth Town Hall with a focus on celebrating Northern dialect.
Original submissions of 40 lines or under are encouraged where they are inspired by the theme ‘Northumberland’ or features Northumberland dialect. Shortlisted poems will be read at the Poetry Recital in Morpeth Town Hall and poems must be submitted by 8th November. You can find more information at firstname.lastname@example.org
